Another Chance Charity CEO and staff knows that challenges arrive and appointments can be rescheduled within a 24-hour period. We pride ourselves in helping others and offering the opportunity to make a new appointment. We encourage our clients to reach out ahead of time to set up a new appointment. After two no shows for an appointment, we will have to place the items back on the shelf for restocking.
We can no longer hold clothing items or food boxes for more than two Saturdays. Signing up for giveaways and appointments help secure your items until you arrive, but after two no shows the items will be available for the next person or restocked.
